- Social dinner: July 13th – estimated cost 35€, to be paid after the dinner; the restaurant willprovide to each participant a payment receipt
- Field trip to Vallombrosa Nature Reserve: July 15th – cost 30€, to be paid in advance together with the registration fee; including a packed lunch (two sandwiches, one 0.5 l water bottle, one fruit) and roundtrip bus
